How does this one - time payment work and what advantages do I get from it?

Some people don't want to take out monthly subscriptions, but would still like to receive the buildings sooner. This payment method is ideal for this.There will be no extra costs!
By clicking on the button with the amount you will be redirected to the paypal.me page. There you enter the amount that is on the button and the name of the house. As soon as I can record receipt of payment I will send you the link. This may take a while due to the time difference, but it will definitely be within 24 hours.

Please notice I only sell tray files and no CC. I use CC from other creators, some of them is paid. This means if you want the exact same building like on the photo you need (besides the tray files) to download the CC folder, the required CC If they aren't in the mods folder!

You should also remember that you are only purchasing the tray files. That's why I would like to distance myself from any problems with the mods/CC. But I will do my best if I have suggestions for solutions.
